Aythaya Rosé 2006

Grape Varieties      : 100% Muscat (Italy)

Vineyard Region   : Yawdan Village, Mandalay Division

Winemaker’s comments

Color     : Light appearance, Salmon Pink

Nose      : Aroma of fruit intensity – melons and grape

Palate   : Medium to light body. Round & fat flavors in first
                  month feel, yet fresh & lingering; Light acidity.

Serve Chilled

With Asian & Spanish Cuisine. Also goes well with all types of Salads, Lobster, Cheese and desserts.

Serving temp     : 8˚ to 12˚

Acid                      : 5g/L

Alc                         : 12.5%

Color                     : Golden Sunset

Nose                      : Clean with refreshing citrus scents

Palate                  : Complex in weight, crisp flavors of lime & grapefruit with mouthwatering balance. At mid-palate, feel the lush melons and honeysuckle flavors with crisp acidity on high finish.

Serve Chilled

With Appetizer, grilled vegetables, seafood and chilled desserts.

Serving temp      : 10˚ to 15˚

Winemaker’s comments

Color             : Bright Crimson

Nose              : Cinnamon & clove with berry notes blend in
                          with slight oak of vanilla flavors.

Palate           : Full body & mouthful taste and black berries,
slight acidity on long finish.

Serve with

Beef, Lamb, Asian or Western cuisine; also ideal with cheese

Serving temp      : 15˚ to 20˚

Acid                       : 5g/L

Alc                         : 13%
